  Our standard newsletters are printed on high quality white or coloured bond paper in black and white, single or pantone colour(s) or full colour. Print sizes for newsletters are usually in A4 or A3. Customers can specify the type of fold or binding method for their newsletters. Common fold methods include: A4 folded into DL – 3 fold, A3 folded into A4 – fold in half, A4 folded into A5 – folded in half. When there are multiple pages, the common binding method is saddle stitching where the pages are bind together with two staples in the centre in the form of a booklet.
We are happy to accept artwork providing that they are made to the specified artwork guidelines (see our accepted programmes and print-ready artwork instructions). Alternatively, you can email or bring in a previously printed example for us to recreate, or if you wish, we'll even create a design for you, based on your instructions. In all cases customers will be sent a proof via fax or email and approval is required before printing commences.
